titleOfInvention A method for making hamburgers
abstract The present invention discloses a method for making hamburgers, and belongs to the food production field. The method is an effective solution to the shortcomings of a relatively simple method for eating common bananas and a lack of a variety of banana products. The method includes the following steps: peeling the banana skins completely by hands, cutting the bananas into 5 mm wide slices with a knife, taking 500 grams of banana slices into a plate, arranging the banana slices neatly, then sprinkling a layer of white granulated sugar on banana slices evenly; adding a proper amount of water into flour, kneading the flour into a dough, dividing the dough into small pieces, kneading the small pieces into small dough by hands, making a cut in the middle of each small dough by the knife, putting the banana slices into the cut well, thereby obtaining the hamburgers, putting the hamburgers into a food steamer neatly, steaming the hamburgers for 15 minutes by heating, taking the hamburgers out of the food steamer to cool the hamburgers; pouring 5 kg of vegetable oil in a pan, heating and boiling the oil, putting the hamburgers into the pan one by one, frying the hamburgers until surfaces of the hamburgers become golden yellow, sprinkling a layer of sesame seeds on the surfaces, and obtaining the end products. The method is mainly used in the production of the hamburgers.
