titleOfInvention Preparation method of plasmon resonant solar cell
abstract The invention provides a preparation method of a plasmon resonant solar cell, i.e., a CdS/AuNP/CdTe solar cell. The technical solution is that firstly the preparation of a CdS nano-film is analyzed, a corresponding Raman spectrogram and a surface SEM graph are given, then a preparation method of gold nanoparticles is analyzed, the surface SEM graph thereof is determined, a preparation method of a cadmium telluride nano-film is introduced in detail, surface characterization is performed on the cadmium telluride nano-film and finally preparation methods of a CdS/CdTe film solar cell and a CdS/AuNP/CdTe plasmon resonant solar cell are introduced. The preparation method of the plasmon resonant solar cell has the characteristics that the plasma resonance technology is applied to the solar cell and the applied metal nanoparticles are Au nanoparticles instead of silver nanoparticles which are used in the traditional method.
