titleOfInvention Device for detecting concentration of outleakage hydrogen of hydrogen fuel cell by adopting photodiode
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of power supplies, and particularly relates to a device for detecting the concentration of outleakage hydrogen of a hydrogen fuel cell by adopting a photodiode. The device comprises a power supply circuit, and a signal acquisition module, a signal processing circuit and a single chip microcomputer which are electrically connected in sequence, and further comprises an LED lamp and a hydrogen tank valve switching circuit which are connected with the single chip microcomputer; the signal acquisition module comprises a photosensitive film, the photodiode arranged in the photosensitive film, and a wiring port connected with the photodiode by a lead wire. The device for detecting the concentration of outleakage hydrogen of the hydrogen fuel cell by adopting the photodiode is high in sensitivity, simple in structure, and good in monitoring effect, and is suitable for various places at which hydrogen monitoring is required; when the device detects hydrogen leakage, a valve of a hydrogen tank is switched off at the first time, so that the leakage of hydrogen is precluded from the root; the safety is ensured; and hydrogen explosion is avoided.
