abstract | The invention provides a conductive film. The conductive film comprises a TiO<2-x>Fx layer and an Me2O layer, which are stacked, wherein the TiO<2-x>Fx layer is a fluorine-doped titanium oxide film layer; the Me2O layer is a sodium oxide, potassium oxide, rubidium oxide or cesium oxide film layer; x is 0.1-0.6. The conductive film has higher light transmission and low resistance and is a set of nanowires. Compared with common transparent conductive films, the conductive film also has scattering efficiency, thus improving the luminous efficiency of organic light-emitting devices. The double-layer conductive film is prepared by depositing the Me2O layer on the surface of the TiO<2-x>Fx layer, has a lower surface work function, can be used as a cathode material and conduces to improving the light-emitting efficiency. The invention also provides a preparation method and application of the conductive film. |
