abstract The invention relates to zirconium-beryllium-alkali metal fluoride up-conversion luminescent phosphor, a preparation method thereof and an organic light-emitting diode. The phosphor has a chemical formula of aZrF4-bBeF2-cRF: zPr<3+>, wherein the Pr<3+> is a doping ion, a is in a range of 0.5-0.7, b is in a range of 0.24-0.3, c is in a range of 0.05-0.12, x is in a range of 0.01-0.08 and R represents any one of Li, Na, K, Rb and Cs. The zirconium-beryllium-alkali metal fluoride up-conversion luminescent phosphor realizes infrared-to-red and green light long wavelength radiation excitation of low-wave length blue lights. Therefore, the phosphor solves the problems of blue materials in the existing display and luminescent material, can be prepared by simple processes, has a low cost, is suitable for industrialization, does not produce three wastes in the reaction, is environmentally friendly, reduces energy consumption and improves benefits of industry.
