The invention discloses a compound ester plasticizer. The plasticizer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 10-12 parts of fatty acid methyl ester, 3-6 parts of pentaerythritol, 10-15 parts of acetalized polyvinyl alcohol, 7-9 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 3-6 parts of methacrylic acid and 2-5 parts of palm oil. The compound ester plasticizer has the advantages that chemical factors capable of polluting products can be eliminated, burden for sewage treatment can be greatly reduced, and production cost can be reduced. The preparation method has the advantages of no toxicity, environmental friendliness, safety, water saving, stability, short production cycle and low energy consumption. |
