Every 1,000kg of special compound fertilizer is prepared by stirring and mixing 350kg of urea, 100kg of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer, 200kg of monoammonium phosphate, 250kg of potassium chloride and 100kg of calcium magnesium phosphate powder, thus obtaining the efficient and safe special compound fertilizer comprsing 45% of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium elements (20 to 10 to 15), 8% of medium trace elements and 4% of organic matter, amino acid and humic acid. The formula contains all large, medium and small nutrients, organic matters, amino acid and humic acid, so that the efficient and safe special compound fertilizer is efficient, safe, low in price and high in pertinence.
