| abstract | The invention provides a control system of a recyclable alcohol extraction device. The device comprises a steam heating container and an extraction bottle, wherein the lower part of the extraction bottle is provided with a discharging hole going to the outside of the steam heating container, and the top part of the extraction bottle is provided with a feeding hole and a gas-state alcohol outlet pipe which go to the outside of the steam heating container; the lower part of the steam heating container is provided with a steam inlet pipe connected with a steam generator; the upper part of the steam heating container is provided with a steam outlet pipe; and the gas-state alcohol outlet pipe is connected with an alcohol containing bottle by a condenser. The control system comprises a solenoid valve I arranged on the steam inlet pipe, a solenoid valve II arranged on the steam outlet pipe, an electronic sealing valve I arranged at the feeding hole, an electronic sealing valve II arranged at the discharging hole, a processor for connecting the solenoid valve I, the solenoid valve II, the electronic sealing valve I and the electronic sealing valve II, and a thermometer and a timer which are connected with the processor, wherein the thermometer is arranged in the steam heating container. The control system of the recyclable alcohol extraction device can be used for automatically controlling to recycle alcohol for extraction and the accurate operation is realized. |
