titleOfInvention Organic electroluminescence device and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses an organic electroluminescence device which comprises a glass substrate, a scattering layer, an anode, a hole injection layer, a hole transmission layer, a light emitting layer, an electron transfer layer, an electron injection layer and a cathode which are overlapped in sequence, wherein the scattering layer consists of a lithium salt doped layer, a light emitting material layer and a magnesium compound doped layer; the lithium salt doped layer comprises a lithium salt material and a metal material doped in the lithium salt material; the lithium salt material is selected from at least one of lithium oxide, lithium fluoride, lithium chloride and lithium bromide; the power function of the metal material is minus 2.0-minus 3.5eV; the magnesium compound doped layer comprises a lithium salt material and a magnesium compound doped in the lithium salt material; the lithium salt material is the same as the above material; the magnesium compound is selected from at least one of magnesium fluoride, magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride and magnesium sulfide. The organic electroluminescence device disclosed by the invention is relatively high in light emission efficiency. The invention further provides a preparation method of the organic electroluminescence device.
