titleOfInvention | Organic electroluminescent device and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | The invention provides an organic electroluminescent device and a manufacturing method thereof. An electron injection layer of the organic electroluminescent device is made from a mixture formed by mixing lithium salt, a first organic material and a second organic material at a mass ratio ranging from (0.2:3:1) to (0.5:5:1). The lithium salt is relatively high in work function and relatively close to a material of an electron transmission layer in LUMO (lowest unoccupied molecular orbital) energy level, and can reduce electron injection barriers between the electron transmission layer and a metal cathode and improve the electron injection capability. The first organic material can reduce the electronic injection barriers between adjacent layers while increasing the electron transmission rate, and prevents a hole from traversing to a cathode to cause hole quenching. Crystal structures orderly arranged after crystallization of the second organic material can scatter light, enable light emitted to two sides to return the middle and improve the light emergent efficiency. The manufacturing method is simple and easy to control and operate, and raw materials are easily available. |
