titleOfInvention Graphene/graphene oxide microarray electrode and its preparation method and application
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a graphene/graphene oxide microarray and its application as a chemical and cell sensor. The invention mainly combines the micro-processing technology with the electrochemical method, and prepares the graphene/graphene oxide microarray electrode on the ITO glass substrate. Utilizing the electrochemical catalytic oxidation of hydrogen peroxide by the microelectrode prepared by the invention, the quantitative analysis and detection of hydrogen peroxide in vitro and in vivo are realized by chronoamperometry. The preparation method is simple and easy, the sensitivity is high, the response time is short, the biocompatibility is good, and the concentration of hydrogen peroxide can be detected rapidly.
