titleOfInvention New technology for reinforcing box girder through adhesion of UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) and steel plate
abstract The invention relates to a method for reinforcing bent and sheared cracked parts of a concrete box girder bridge by utilizing the adhesion of UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) and a steel plate, in particular to a new technology for reinforcing a box girder through the adhesion of the UHPC and the steel plate. According to the technology, the problem about bending-resistant and shear-resistant reinforcement of an existing concrete box girder bridge is mainly solved. Main adopted materials comprise the UHPC (2), a reinforcing mesh (3), studs (4) and the steel plate (5). A protection layer of an original concrete box girder (1) is chiseled to expose reinforcing steel bars, the reinforcing mesh (3) is welded, and the UHPC (2) is poured; the studs (4) are welded on the inner side surface of the steel plate (5) to ensure the co-stressing of the steel plate (5) and the UHPC (2); the UHPC is vibrated to be compacted, high-temperature steam maintenance is carried out without the disassembling of the steel plate (5) after initial setting, shrinkage cracks caused by the age difference are eliminated, and novel and conventional structures are tightly combined together to cooperate. The new technology for reinforcing the box girder through the adhesion of the UHPC and the steel plate has the advantages of high cracking strength, high durability, no influence on bridge clearance and appearance, small construction site, short construction period, small influence on traffic and the like, can be widely applied to the reinforcement engineering of bent and sheared cracking of various concrete box girder bridges, and has remarkable social and economic benefits.
