titleOfInvention Dysprosium-doped lanthanum ytterbium arsenate up-conversion luminescent materials, preparing method thereof and applications of the materials
abstract Dysprosium-doped lanthanum ytterbium arsenate up-conversion luminescent materials are disclosed. The general chemical formula of the materials is La<y>Yb<1-x-y>As5O14:xDy<3+>, wherein the x is 0.01-0.08 and the y is 0.1-0.4. In a photoluminescence spectrum of one of the materials, the excitation wave length of one of the materials is 796 nm, and an obtained luminescence peak at 482 nm is formed by transition radiation from the 4F<9/2> to the 6F<15/2> of the Dy<3+>. The materials can be adopted as blue luminescent materials. A preparing method of the materials and organic light emitting diodes adopting the materials are also provided.
