titleOfInvention | Praseodymium-and-holmium-codoped molybdenum aluminate up-conversion luminescent material, and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a dysprosium-and-holmium-codoped molybdenum aluminate up-conversion luminescent material. The material has the chemical formula of Me1-x-yMoAl2O7: xPr<3+>, yHo<3+>, wherein x is in a range of 0.002 to 0.06, y is in a range of 0.002 to 0.04, and Me is at least one selected from the group consisting of magnesium element, calcium element, strontium element, barium element and zinc element. The excitation wavelength of the dysprosium-and-holmium-codoped molybdenum aluminate up-conversion luminescent material is 578 nm, luminescent peaks at 483-nm wavelength respectively correspond to luminescent peaks formed by transition radiation of Pr3+ ions from 3P0 to 3H4, and blue-light short wave luminescence is excited by long-wave radiation of infrared rays to green rays. The invention also provides a preparation method and application of the dysprosium-and-holmium-codoped molybdenum aluminate up-conversion luminescent material. |
