The invention discloses an anti-shedding corrosion-resistant modified epoxy coating. The anti-shedding corrosion-resistant modified epoxy coating comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is a two-component composition which is prepared by mixing an A component and a B component according to a ratio of 1 to 1.5; the A component comprises the following components in parts by mass: nanometer montmorillonite silicate, a coupling agent and a barrier function filler which are in a mass ratio of 1 to 1 to 1.5; the B component comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20-35 parts of black silicon carbide, 25-30 parts of fine-grained aluminium oxide, 1-5 parts of zinc oxide, 10-15 parts of ethyl orthosilicate, 5-10 parts of auxiliary materials, 40-50 parts of epoxy acrylic resin, 20-35 parts of a polyolefin elastomer, 10-15 parts of talcum powder, 5-10 parts of a thixotropic agent and 0.5-1 part of composite rare earth. The component B further comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of a dispersing agent, 2-6 parts of a wetting agent, 20-50 parts of a curing agent, 2-6 parts of a flatting agent, 5-10 parts of a thickening agent, 5-10 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 1-5 parts of a pH regulator, 50-60 parts of organic silicon modified epoxy resin, 5-10 parts of antimonous oxide and 5-10 parts of a coalescing agents. |
