titleOfInvention Polylactic acid/hydrogenated polybutadiene thermoplastic supramolecular elastomer and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to polymer thermoplastic elastomer technology, and aims to provide a polylactic acid/hydrogenated polybutadiene thermoplastic supramolecular elastomer and a preparation method thereof. The product is based on PLA‑PEB‑PLA triblock copolymer containing PLA block and PEB block, and the terminal group of the basic unit is 2‑ureido‑4[1H] which can form quadruple hydrogen bonds - a pyrimidinone group. The invention adjusts the ratio of PLA and PEB, and the strength and modulus of the elastomer can be easily adjusted; the UPy group is used as the structural unit, which has strong bonding force and reversibility. The prepared product has good mechanical properties and also has a shape Memory, self-repair and other functions; PLA is used as the supramolecular elastomer hard segment. PLA can be prepared based on biomass renewable resources and can be degraded after use. It has little pollution to the environment, is environmentally friendly, and saves resources.
