titleOfInvention | Preparation method of high-strength glue |
abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of high-strength glue. The method comprises the following steps: selecting water and polyvinyl alcohol; mixing water with polyvinyl alcohol; rising the temperature; selecting an emulsifying agent; adding the emulsifying agent and the surplus water into the solution under a stirring condition; slowly adding vinyl acetate and an initiating agent; rising the temperature and preserving the heat; cooling; then adding the surplus vinyl acetate and the surplus initiating agent; adding the emulsifying agent and polyvinyl acetate; adding sodium hydrogen carbonate, phthalic acid dibutyl ester, diethylene glycol dibenzoate, octanol and isopropanol; adding the surplus emulsifying agent, methacrylic acid allyl ester, ethyldiol methacrylate and toluene diisocynate to obtain the glue. In the glue prepared by using the method, the content of vinyl acetate is greatly reduced, so that the environmental protection performance of a product is radically improved; moreover, the glue is high in comprehensive performance. |
