titleOfInvention | Pseudo-tripeptide compound and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a peptidomimetic compound containing three peptide bonds and a convenient synthesis method thereof. The synthesized product is a new type of peptidomimetic product (tripeptide) with a skeleton, wherein the sequence of the two peptide bonds amide bonds is -CONH-, another peptide bond in the order of the amide bond is -NHCO-. At present, in the synthesis method of tripeptide, it is generally adopted to use amino acid through protection to make DCC, EDCI, DCI and other coupling reagents form amide bonds, and then deprotect and other methods of step-by-step synthesis. In the present invention, the synthesis method is innovated. The synthetic raw materials used are mainly amines, cyclic acid anhydrides, aldehydes and isonitriles. The reaction is carried out under ordinary conditions by one-pot cooking, and the one-step method obtains three Peptidomimetics of peptide bonds. |
