abstract | The invention relates to a tetragonal crystal type zirconium dioxide loaded CuCo alloy catalyst and a preparation and application of the tetragonal crystal type zirconium dioxide loaded CuCo alloy catalyst. The catalyst is loaded with a Cu(1-x)Cox alloy by taking tetragonal crystal type ZrO2 as a carrier, and La2O3 as an additive, and has the structure of Cu-Co/La2O3-ZrO2, wherein x in the Cu(1-x)Cox alloy is 0.7-0.99; the whole catalyst comprises the raw materials in percentage by mass: 0.9%-21% of the Cu(1-x)Cox alloy, 2.5%-57.5% of La2O3 and the balance being the tetragonal crystal type ZrO2. The tetragonal crystal type ZrO2 carrier is modified and prepared from Ce or Y; each component in a precursor is dispersed uniformly and interacts; the process of obtaining the catalyst from the precursor is beneficial to the interaction of Cu, Co, lanthanum oxide and the carrier, and the components, such as Cu, Co, and the lanthanum oxide, are high in dispersion and stability. The catalyst is applied to the reaction for preparing low-carbon alcohol by synthesis gas, and has relatively high selectivity and high activity and stability of ethyl alcohol in alcohols with the number of carbon atoms of 2-6. |
