titleOfInvention | Organic light-emitting device and production method thereof |
abstract | An organic light-emitting device comprises a conductive anodic substrate, a cathode, at least two organic light-emitting units and a charge generating layer. The organic light-emitting units are arranged between the anode layer of the conductive anodic substrate and the cathode in a stacked manner, and the charge generating layer is arranged between the two neighboring organic light-emitting units; the charge generating layer comprises a low-work function metal layer, a semiconductor oxide layer and a high-work function metal layer which are sequentially stacked from the direction close to the anode layer to the direction away from the anode layer, the low-work function metal layer is made of metal with work function of 3.0-4.4eV, the high-work function metal layer is made of metal with work function of 5.0eV-7.0, and the semiconductor oxide layer is made of metal oxide with work function of 4.4eV-5.0eV. Light-emitting efficiency of the organic light-emitting device is high. The invention further provides a production method of the organic light-emitting device. |
