abstract | An organic electroluminescent device comprises an anode, a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, a light emitting layer, an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer, and a cathode, all of which are sequentially stacked. The cathode layer is composed of an organic electron transport material layer, a rhenium oxide doped layer, and a metal doped layer. The HOMO energy level of the organic electron transport material is -6.5eV to -7.5eV, and the glass transition temperature is 50 DEG C to 100 DEG C. The rhenium oxide doped layer includes a rhenium oxide and a passivation material doped in the rhenium oxide, wherein the rhenium oxide includes at least one selected from rhenium heptoxide, rhenium dioxide, rhenium trioxide, and rhenium sesquioxide, and the passivation material includes at least one selected from silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, nickel oxide, and copper oxide. The metal doped layer includes metal and a zinc compound doped in the metal. The organic electroluminescent device has high luminous efficiency. The invention further provides a method for preparing the organic electroluminescent device. |
