titleOfInvention | Organic electroluminescence device and production method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to an organic electroluminescence device. The device is provided with a plurality of organic electroluminescence units. An electric charge generation layer is arranged between every two adjacent organic electroluminescence units and comprises an N-type semiconductor layer, a first P-type semiconductor layer and a second P-type semiconductor layer. Each N-type semiconductor layer is beneficial to electron transmission and injection, and each first P-type semiconductor layer and each second P-type semiconductor layer are beneficial to hole injection. Layers of each electric charge generation layer are different in work content to enable potential barriers of electrons to be reduced gradually. The organic electroluminescence device has the advantages that through the arrangement, electric charge separation efficiency and electronic transmission efficiency are improved, so that driving currents of the whole organic electroluminescence device are reduced, improvement of luminous efficiency is facilitated, and the luminous efficiency is higher even under the action of equal driving currents; moreover, the organic electroluminescence device is more convenient to produce, and complexity in production technology is lowered. |
