abstract | The invention relates to an organic light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting device is of a stratified structure, the stratified structure comprises a conductive anode substrate, a hole injection layer, a hole transmission layer, a light emitting layer, an electronic transmission layer, an electronic injection layer, a cathode layer, organic barrier layers and inorganic barrier layers, which are stacked sequentially. The organic barrier layers and the inorganic barrier layers are alternatively stacked on the cathode layer. By selecting hydrogenated carbon and nitrogen compound to form the organic barrier layer and by selecting telluride, nitride and alloy which are doped according to a certain proportion to form the inorganic barrier layer, the organic light emitting device generates collaborative densification action; as with alternative stacking of the organic barrier layers and the inorganic barrier layers, water oxidation resistance performance and stability of the device are effectively improved by packaging multiple layers only, light emitting efficiency of the device is greatly improved and service life thereof is greatly prolonged. |
