abstract | The invention relates to an organic light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting device is of stratified structure, and the stratified structure is provided with an organic barrier layer, a first inorganic barrier layer and a second inorganic barrier layer, which are stacked on a cathode layer alternatively, wherein the organic barrier layer is a silicon carbon oxygen compound film, the first inorganic layer is of B203:F, Al2O3:F, Ga2O3:F, In2O3:F, In2O3:F or Tl2O3:F; and the second inorganic barrier layer is of TiO2:F,ZrO2:F or HfO2:F. As with the organic barrier layer and the first inorganic barrier layer which are alternatively stacked, the organic barrier layer is a silicon carbon oxygen compound film and the organic light emitting device is high in compactness and good in water oxidation resistance performance. In addition, the manufacturing method of the organic light emitting device has the advantages of low-cost materials, simplicity in process and easy large-area manufacturing and the like. |
