titleOfInvention | Method for introducing iron group element ions in galvanized alloy of alkaline zincate system |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for introducing iron group element ions in a galvanized alloy of an alkaline zincate system and aims to solve the problem the property of plating liquid can be affected as a complexing agent and acid radical ion impurities in the plating liquid are accumulated in a common method for introducing iron group element ions into an alkaline system plating liquid. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: introducing a salt containing iron group elements in a form of carbonate of the iron group elements instead of other forms into the plating liquid, completely dissolving the carbonate of the iron group elements according to demanded content into a hot sodium hydroxide solution in advance, and then cooling the solution to room temperature, adding a complex for complexing, and subsequently directly adding into an alkaline zincate system galvanizing liquid so as to prepare zinc system alloy electroplating liquid. The alkaline zincate system zinc system alloy plating liquid prepared by using the method is easy to electroplate on complex components, hardly corrodes electroplating equipment and is stable in process and simple in process operation, and a zinc system alloy plated layer which is bright, uniform in thickness distribution and high in corrosion resistance can be obtained in a wide current density range. |
