titleOfInvention | Method for recycling a plurality of metals from electronic wastes |
abstract | The invention provides a method for recycling a plurality of metals from electronic wastes. The method comprises the following steps: grinding electronic wastes, soaking the grinded electronic wastes in a nitric acid solution to dissolve the metals in the electronic wastes; processing the obtained solution by a polybipyridine functional polymer material to enrich and separate the nonferrous metals such as copper, lead, nickel, and the like; soaking the residues in hydrochloric acid and aqua regia, filtering to directly remove the plastic component; processing the obtained solution by a heteroatom-containing conductive functional polymer material or a composite material composed of the conductive functional polymer material and graphene so as to enrich and reduce the precious metal ions, and finally melting the obtained metals at a high temperature so as to obtain high-purity precious metals. Compared to the prior art, the provided method can recycle a plurality of nonferrous metals such as copper, lead, nickel, tin, and the like, and precious metals such as gold, silver, platinum, palladium, mercury, and the like in different batches in sequence, largely increases the species of recycled metals, greatly improves the recovery efficiency, and fully recovers and utilizes the electronic wastes. |
