abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of Spanish fly maggot protein and an application thereof in preparation of an anti-prostate cancer medicine. The preparation method comprises the following steps: puffing and crushing Spanish fly maggot in a normal-temperature puffing device; adding the product into an expansion solvent system extraction device to extract a crude product of Spanish fly maggot protein; collecting a solution containing the crude product of Spanish fly maggot protein, and filtering out impurities with a microporous filter; performing ultrafiltration treatment with an ultrafilter, and collecting the ultrafiltration solution of Spanish fly maggot protein; dissolving the ultrafiltration solution in acetonitrile and separating with a solid-phase extraction column, and collecting the elution component; dissolving the elution component in the solvent system, and separating and purifying with ultrasonic standing-wave preparative liquid chromatography; and preparing freeze-dried protein powder with a vacuum freeze-dryer, wherein the freeze-dried protein powder can be used for preparing an anti-prostate cancer medicine. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the obtained Spanish fly maggot protein preparation has the advantages of stable quality, clear structure, clear pharmacology, obvious curative effect, detectable and measurable content, diverse dosage forms and relatively low cost and is suitable for industrial production.
