titleOfInvention | Continuous production process and system for synthesizing N, N-dimethyl propanamide |
abstract | The invention discloses a continuous production process and system for synthesizing N, N-dimethyl propanamide. The process comprises the following steps: simultaneously introducing propionic acid and dimethylamine to a rectifying tower; carrying out reaction on propionic acid and dimethylamine at a certain temperature and rectifying; respectively extracting water and finished products from different heights of the rectifying tower; discharging unreacted dimethylamine gas from an exhaust port of a condenser on the top of the rectifying tower; re-pumping the dimethylamine gas to the rectifying tower by using a circulating fan for further reaction; feeding dimethylamine which is not extracted by the fan into an adsorption tower; in the adsorption tower, carrying out reaction on propionic acid and dimethylamine gas; and enabling slurry in a tower reactor of the adsorption tower to flow into a tower reactor of the rectifying tower for rectification. According to the system disclosed by the invention, reaction and rectification are carried out in same equipment, and discharged dimethylamine tail gas is absorbed by propionic acid and returned to a reaction rectifying system, so that the raw materials fully react without generating exhaust gas, and the process flow is simple without adding any solvents and catalysts. |
