titleOfInvention Motor casing clamping device
abstract A motor casing clamping device is mainly composed of a machine tool body, a machine tool spindle, a tool, pressing plates, big bolt assemblies, connecting rods, small bolt assemblies, supporting frames, a chuck, a guide rail table and a motor casing. The chuck is fixed to the guide rail table. The chuck and the machine tool spindle are concentric, and the guide rail table can be finely adjusted if the chuck and the machine tool spindle are not concentric. The motor casing is clamped on the chuck. The two supporting frames are installed at the two ends of the guide rail table respectively. The pressing plates can move upwards and downwards along grooves in the supporting frames and can fix the small bolt assemblies after being adjusted to a proper height. The two supporting frames can move freely on the guide rail table so that proper positions can be adjusted. After it is determined that the positions of the supporting frames are proper, the supporting frames are fixed to the guide rail table through the big bolt assemblies. The supporting frames are fixed to the guide rail table through the big bolt assemblies, the lower surface of the motor casing is clamped through the chuck, and therefore fixation of the lower surface is guaranteed; the motor casing is pressed by the two pressing plates at the same time, so the upper portion of the motor casing is provided with four fixation points. Accordingly, clamping stability and machining accuracy of the motor casing can be guaranteed.
