abstract | The invention provides a hydrogenation catalyst for an olefine unsaturated bond containing polymer, a preparation method and a hydrogenation reaction method thereof. Specifically, the hydrogenation catalyst includes: (a) an organic metal compound containing a group VIII element and/or a complex containing a group VIII element; (b) an alkyl metal compound with a structural formula as RaM, with R being substituted/unsubstituted straight chain alkyl or substituted/unsubstituted branched chain alkyl of C2-C10, with M being a metal cation, and with a being the coordination number of an alkyl group and equal to the valence number of M; and (c) a polymer solution containing an olefin unsaturated bond. Specifically, the molar ratio of the component (a), (b) and (c) is 1:1-10:5-100, and the amount of the component (c) is calculated by the mole number of the olefin unsaturated bond contained in the polymer solution. The hydrogenation catalyst for the olefine unsaturated bond containing polymer provided by the invention has high hydrogenation catalytic activity and hydrogenation reaction efficiency, and also has very good hydrogenation selectivity. |
