The weather-proof multi-core soft cable for the communication power supply comprises three conductive cores; each conductive core further comprises a circular aramid fiber core, an inner conductive layer and an outer conductive layer; a polyethylene insulating belt wraps the outer surface of each outer conductive layer; a halogen-free polyolefin elastomer insulating layer wraps the outer surface of each polyethylene insulating belt; a fireproof mica belt wraps the outer surfaces of the three conductive cores; an insulating protecting sleeve layer wraps the outer surface of the fireproof mica belt and is prepared from low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, diethyl phthalate, trioctyl trimellitate, calcium carbonate, calcium ricinoleate, bi(3, 5-tert-butyl-4-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone) thioether, stearic acid and polyethylene wax. The cable is high in tensile strength, insulating performance, weather resistance and flame retardance, and has a good heat stability effect; in addition, the electrical performance of the cable can be continuously kept stable during long-time overload and overheat. |
