The novel compound shown in the formula I has restraining effect on one or more kinds of Escherichia coli, xanthomonas maltophilia, Ruofei acinetobacter, staphylocccus aureus and staphylococcus epidermidis, and provides novel choice for screening antiseptic, bacteriostatic and germicidal medicine in clinic practice.
