titleOfInvention Yerba mate instant milk tea powder
abstract The invention provides a yerba mate instant milk tea powder. The yerba mate instant milk tea powder is prepared from following raw materials, by weight, 10 to 15% of yerba mater stem and leaf, 3 to 7% of honey powder, 20 to 50% of milk powder, 30 to 45% of xylitol, 5 to 20% of cream, 0.5 to 1% of an emulsifier, and 1 to 3% of a stabilizing agent. A preparation method of the yerba mate instant milk tea powder comprises following steps: yerba mate stem and leaf, honey powder, milk powder, and xylitol are mixed at the weight ratio; an obtained mixture is subjected to counter-current extraction, cooling, butterfly separation, millipore filtration, vibration grinding, RO membrane concentration, vacuum concentration, blending, sterilizing, spray drying, and mixing sieving so as to obtain a nanometer powder; purified water is added for complete dissolving; an obtained mixture is heated, and is mixed with molten cream; an obtained mixed material is subjected to heating, stirring, and homogenizing; an obtained material liquid is cooled to 20-30 DEG C; spray drying is carried out using a spray drying tower so as to obtain the yerba mate instant milk tea powder at last. According to the preparation method, a three-pipe ultrafine vibrating mill is used for grinding raw material powder into nanometer grade powder for the first time, full absorption on nutrient components by human body can be realized, after grinding, powder texture is more fine, absorption rate is higher, and efficiency is higher. White sugar is replaced by xylitol and honey, so that pancreas islet burden is not increased, and the yerba mate instant milk tea powder can also be suitable for consumption by obesity groups and diabetic patients.
