titleOfInvention | Preparation method of organic electroluminescent device |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of an organic electroluminescent device. The preparation method includes the following steps of: sequentially evaporation plating the surface of a conductive anode substrate to prepare a hole transporting layer and a light emitting layer; mixing dopant with porous nanometer titania particles to obtain a mixture, heating the mixture under the protective atmosphere to the temperature not less than the melting temperature of the dopant, then cooling to room temperature to form evaporation plating material, wherein the evaporation plating material includes the porous nanometer titania particles and the doping material loaded on the surfaces of the porous nanometer titania particles, evaporating the evaporation plating material and the electronic transporting material together to prepare an electronic transporting layer on the surface of the light emitting layer by evaporation plating. According to the preparation method of the organic electroluminescent device, the light emitting efficiency of the organic electroluminescent device can be improved. |
