abstract The invention discloses a quantum dot rate fluorescence probe for zinc ion detection and a detection method of the quantum dot rate fluorescence probe. The quantum dot rate fluorescence probe for zinc ion detection is prepared from CdSe/ZnS quantum dots for emitting green fluorescence, and CdSe/CdZnS/ZnS quantum dots for emitting yellow fluorescence and porphyrin molecules in an electrostatic assembly manner; the molar concentration ratio of the two quantum dots to porphyrin is 1 to 10; the outer layers of the two quantum dots are wrapped by positively charged silicon dioxide shell layers; and the porphyrin molecules are negatively charged sulfur-based porphyrin molecules. By virtue of a rate fluorescence detection method, the quantum dot rate fluorescence probe adopts a simple process, is low in price, good in repeatability, suitable for the environment, drinking water and body liquid, and has a good application prospect.
