abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of a durable cellulose fiber fabric with a superhydrophobic surface, comprising three steps of preparation of a modified SiO2 composite sol, preparation of a modified fabric, and superhydrophobic finishing of the fabric, introducing active groups into nano SiO 2 and fiber surface are finished by a simple one-step method. Through the cross-linking effect of fiber surface active groups and modified SiO 2 surface, the bonding force between fabric and inorganic nano-SiO 2 is enhanced, and the modified sol and modified fiber are improved. The covalent bonding fastness of the surface of the cellulose fiber fabric is improved, and finally a superhydrophobic interface of the fluorine-free cellulose fiber fabric with a certain washing resistance is obtained. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method of the invention is economical and environment-friendly, and is beneficial to industrialized production. |
