abstract | The invention relates to a method for continuously producing macromolecular unsaturated polyether. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: establishing two sets of circulating loops which run alternatively, wherein each set of the circulating loops comprises a large circulating unit and a small circulating unit; performing switchover operation on the circulating loops to continuously produce an unsaturated polyether product. The service efficiency of a core unit-reactor for an ethoxylation polyether reaction is greatly improved. Compared with an existing intermittent production method, the investment is increased by 10-15%, but the yield is increased by 35-45%. Due to increment of the yield, the public project consumption of water, power, steam, nitrogen gas, instrument air and the like is correspondingly reduced and the competitive power of the product is further improved. The method has the advantages of high efficiency, low cost, capabilities of carrying out continuous production and fully utilizing equipment production capacity, and the like, and is suitable for continuously producing macromolecular unsaturated polyether with the molecular weight of 2,000-10,000. |
