titleOfInvention Submerged-arc welding wire special for hot-bending bend and welding method
abstract The invention relates to a submerged-arc welding wire special for a hot-bending bend and a welding method. The submerged-arc welding wire comprises, by mass, no more than 0.05 percent of C, less than 0.1 percent of Si, 1.0 percent to 1.45 percent of Mn, no more than 0.01 percent of S, no more than 0.01 percent of P, 0.55 percent to 0.7 percent of Ni, 0.2 percent to 0.5 percent of Mo, 0.15 percent to 0.35 percent of Cu, one or both of Ti and Zr and the balance Fe and impurity elements, wherein the content of Ti and Zr is 0.05 percent to 0.10 percent. Sintered flux with the basicity of 1.5-1.8 is matched with the welding wire, the bend is manufactured under the condition of the welding speed of 1.8-2.2 m/min and heat input of 45-76 kJ/cm and is obtained in a hot bending mode, the tensile strength of weld metal of the bend is 650 MPa to 760 MPa, the ballistic work is larger than or equal to 100 J at the temperature of -40 DEG C, and the technical standard requirement of relevant standards for oil and gas conveying pipeline building is met.
