The invention provides a carbon-base honeycomb-structure low-temperature denitrification catalyst. The catalyst is a molding mass, which is subjected to activating treatment, is mainly composed of activated carbon, cerium oxide or/and manganese oxide and has honeycomb pores with the density of 10-50 pores/ cm<2>. The specific area of the catalyst is 450-750 m<2>/g, and the content of the cerium or/and manganese is 2-10 wt%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing coal powder, an organic binder and water or an active component precursor solution, sufficiently kneading, and carrying out extrusion forming to obtain a honeycomb molding mass billet; drying the molding mass billet, putting in a calcining furnace, introducing air to perform oxidation at 200-300 DEG C, carbonizing at 500-700 DEG C, and introducing to perform activation at 750-900 DEG C; obtaining the product when the active component precursor solution is used as the liquid molding mass billet; and when the water is used as the liquid molding mass billet, immersing the obtained carbon-base honeycomb-structure support in the active component precursor solution, taking out, drying, and calcining in the calcining furnace at 500-650 DEG C to obtain the product. |
