titleOfInvention Ginger-red date-fennel-clove bud-agilawood-containing traditional Chinese medicine composition and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides a ginger-red date-fennel-clove-agilawood-containing traditional Chinese medicine composition and a preparation method thereof. The ginger-red date-fennel-clove-agilawood-containing traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises fennel, ginger, red date, clove, agilawood, licorice root and honey according to a ratio. The ginger-red date-fennel-clove-agilawood-containing traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises 120-140g of fennel, 500-600g of ginger, 250-300g of red date, 15-20g of clove bud, 15-20g of agilawood, 90-100g of licorice root and 30-50g of honey. The preparation method comprises adding fennel, ginger, red date, clove, agilawood and licorice root with water of which the amount is 10 times the total amount of the raw materials, putting the mixture into a pot, carrying out boiling by a big fire without an iron-made container, carrying out slow decoction by a warm fire, stopping heating when the 50% of the water in the pot is evaporated, removing impurities by pure cotton gauze, putting the soup into a ceramic container, putting the ceramic container in a place at a temperature below 60 DEG C, adding honey into the soup, carrying out stirring to obtain a uniform mixture, taking 20-30g of the mixture in each morning and taking the mixture with warm water. The traditional Chinese medicine soup has effects of enriching blood, tonifying qi, treating female dual depletion of qi and blood, promoting blood circulation, warming the body and improving sleeping. The ginger-red date-fennel-clove-agilawood-containing traditional Chinese medicine composition is a traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach.
