abstract | The invention discloses a method for extracting a flavonoid active ingredient from traditional Chinese medicine fructus aurantii. The method comprises the following steps: taking fructus aurantii medicine powder and florisil, mixing in a mass ratio of 1: (1 to 4), adding the fructus aurantii medicine powder and florisil in a mortar and grinding; taking a solid-phase extraction column, adding a sieve plate at the bottom of the solid-phase extraction column, adding the ground solid mixture into the solid-phase extraction column, compactly filling a filler and then adding a sieve plate at the top, placing the filled solid-phase extraction column on a solid-phase extractor, taking an eluent, injecting the eluent into the solid-phase extraction column, opening an air pump of the solid-phase extractor, eluting the solid-phase extraction column, collecting elution solution; by the end of the elution, whirling and centrifuging the elution solution, and taking the supernatant, that is, flavonoid active ingredient extraction solution, wherein the eluent is ionic liquid aqueous solution with a concentration of 150-300mmol/L. According to the method disclosed by the invention, an ionic liquid is used as the eluent and a matrix solid-phase dispersive extraction technology is combined, so that the flavonoid active ingredient in the fructus aurantii medicinal material can be extracted with high efficiency in an environmentally friendly way. |
