The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing silkworm droppings into the silkworm dropping extract; then uniformly mixing the pyrethrin crude drug with the silkworm dropping extract; adding the softening agent, and stirring uniformly to obtain a mixed drug; and then mixing beer with water, and dropwise adding the mixture into the mixed drug, thereby obtaining the leaf insect-preventing green-increasing spraying agent. The obtained leaf insect-preventing green-increasing spraying agent can achieve an effect of eliminating insects quickly and effectively, and is suitable for domestic plants for a long time. The spraying agent can be sprayed on leaves or into soil during watering flowers, does not have a peculiar smell, and can keep the plants healthy and vivid green for a long time.
