Provided is a member for which water repellency and oil repellency are maintained while sliding property (water sliding property which enables water drops on the surface to be easily removed) is improved. This member has a cured layer formed by curing a curable resin composition on at least a surface thereof, wherein in a region at a depth of 1 nm or less from the outermost surface of the cured layer, fluorine atoms are present in an amount of 1.0 to 10.0 atomic percent and silicon atoms are present in an amount of 1.0 to 20.0 atomic percent. |
