abstract An organic electroluminescent component comprises a conductive anode substrate, and a hole transmission layer, a luminescent layer, an electron transmission layer and a cathode which are sequentially laminated on an anode layer of the conductive anode substrate, wherein the material of the hole transmission layer comprises an organic material and a doped material doped into the organic material; the doped material is iron trifluoride, ruthenium trichloride, osmium trichloride or osmium tetroxide; the organic material is N, N'-biphenyl-N, N'-bi(1-naphthyl)-1, 1'-diphenyl-4, 4'-diamine, 4, 4', 4''-tri(N-3-methylphenyl-N-phenylamino)triphenylamine, N, N'-diphenyl-N, N'-bi(3-methylphenyl )-1, 1'-biphenyl-4, 4'-diamine or N, N, N', N'-tetramethoxyphenyl)-p-diaminodiphenyl. According to the organic electroluminescent component, the doped material is doped into the organic material of the hole transmission layer, so that the conductivity of the hole transmission layer is improved and the luminescent efficiency is improved. The invention further provides a manufacturing method of the organic electroluminescent component.
