titleOfInvention | Organic electroluminescent device and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | An organic electroluminescent device comprises an anode substrate and a cathode layer laminated on the anode substrate, and further comprises a first organic light-emitting unit, a charge-generating unit and a second organic light-emitting unit, wherein the first organic light-emitting unit is laminated on the anode substrate; the charge-generating unit comprises an n-type layer laminated on the first light-emitting unit and a p-type layer laminated on the n-type layer; the second organic light-emitting unit is laminated on p-type layer; the cathode layer is laminated on the second organic light-emitting unit; the n-type layer is made of zinc oxide, tin oxide or cerium dioxide; the p-type layer is made of nickel oxide or copper oxide. The organic electroluminescent device has relatively high current efficiency. The invention further provides a manufacturing method of the organic electroluminescent device. |
