titleOfInvention Energy dispersion X-ray fluorescent spectrometry for measuring lead in steel
abstract The invention discloses an energy dispersion X-ray fluorescent spectrometry for measuring lead in steel. According to the energy dispersion X-ray fluorescent spectrometry, Pb content in steel is determined by virtue of the energy dispersion X-ray fluorescent spectrometry. Researches show that the tests are seriously influenced by Fekahpha series spectral lines and peaks. According to the energy dispersion X-ray fluorescent spectrometry, the forming mechanisms of an Fe element and the peaks are analyzed, mathematical calculating models of the Fe element and the peaks are established, and the occurring probabilities of the Fe element and the peaks are obtained by calculation and are experimentally verified; correcting working curves of the Fe element and the peaks are established, and an unknown sample is tested; the energy dispersion X-ray fluorescent spectrometry is used for analyzing a Pb element in the steel sample, a measuring result is accordant with an analysis result of an atomic absorption spectrometry, and the method detection limit is 24.1ug/g; by measuring a standard sample with a lead content of 170ug/g, the relative standard deviation is 3.26%.
