titleOfInvention | Method for quickly determining condenser leakage in maleic anhydride production |
abstract | The invention provides a method for quickly determining condenser leakage in maleic anhydride production. The method comprises the steps of additionally mounting a temperature measuring point at the bottom part of a box body of a fin type heat exchanger, wherein the temperature of the bottom part of the heat exchanger changes under the effect of water vapor leaked from the inner part of the heat exchanger in case of leakage occurs; examining a drain valve by field operators in case that the temperature changes a lot is found by a real-time monitoring system; observing whether condensed water flows out; if so, stopping the machine to handle; therefore, the leakage of the air condenser can be timely and accurately determined. According to the method, the temperature measuring point is additionally mounted at the inner bottom part of the fin type heat exchanger, so that the purpose of quickly determining the condenser leakage in the maleic anhydride production can be achieved; compared with the traditional determining method, the method is fast and accurate, and can effectively determine the leakage of the heat exchanger, so as to prevent the subsequent products from being polluted by crude maleic anhydride. |
