titleOfInvention | The application of gypsymoth heat shock protein Hsp23 genes and its dsRNA in non-environmental pollution control |
abstract | The invention discloses a kind of application of gypsymoth heat shock protein Hsp23 genes and its dsRNA in non-environmental pollution control. The nucleotide sequence and encoding amino acid sequence of the Hsp23 genes synthesize dsRNA as shown in SEQ ID No.1 by the Gene Partial sequence fragment, and its sequence is as shown in SEQ ID No.2.Hsp23 genes dsRNA can be applicable to suppression gypsymoth and grow.Test result indicates that:After Lymantria dispar larvae injects Hsp23 gene dsRNA, with compareing (injection ddH 2 O with GFP gene dsRNA) compare and have stronger silencing efficiency, cause Lymantria dispar larvae to grow and be suppressed. Therefore the present invention proposes that forest important pests gypsymoth and the lepidoptera pest with similar domain can be prevented and treated using Hsp23 silent technology, and a new thinking and technology is provided for green preventing and treating forestry pest. |
