titleOfInvention Plant endosperm specific promoter and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a plant endosperm specific promoter and application thereof, and relates to a plant promoter and application thereof. The invention aims to provide a promoter which is specifically expressed in a rice endosperm tissue as well as an expression vector thereof and application of the promoter and the expression vector. The DNA sequence of the promoter is shown as SEQ ID NO: 1. Rice is converted through an agrobacterium-mediated method to successfully obtain a transgenic plant. According to PCR (polymerase chain reaction) verification and hygromycin screening, the rice endosperm specific promoter has been integrated into a rice genome. According to GUS histochemical staining and GFP (green fluorescent protein) exciting light identification, a promoter of a ZOU gene is an endosperm specific expression promoter. The invention further discloses the application of the promoter in starting a target gene to express in plant.
