abstract | The invention provides a high-performance composite lithium-base lubricating grease formula, relating to the technical field of lubricating grease. The high-performance composite lithium-base lubricating grease is composed of the following components in percentage by mass: 80-90% of lubricating grease base oil, 5-15% of thickener, 2-5% of lithium hydroxide oil solution, 0.01-1% of antioxidant, 0.01-1% of extreme-pressure antiwear additive and 0.01-1% of rust preventer. The lubricating grease base oil adopts modified silicon oil; the thickener adopts 12-hydroxystearic acid/boric acid or adipic acid composite lithium soap; the antioxidant adopts one or more of diphenylamine and di-iso-octyldiphenylamine; the extreme-pressure antiwear additive adopts one or more of molybdenum disulfide, titanium dioxide and chlorinated paraffin wax; and the rust preventer adopts one or more of barium petroleum sulfonate, zinc naphthenate and synthetic sodium sulfonate. The formula is scientific and reasonable; and the prepared finished product has favorable mechanical stability, colloid stability, water resistance and extreme pressure performance. |
